Revive physical therapy is focused on having a positive impact on not only our patients and staff but to our communities as well through our stewardship and community service.
Jeremy is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health and Sciences in St. Augustine, FL, where he attained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. He is also an alumni of Louisiana State University where is obtained his bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement Sciences. Over the past 6 years, Jeremy has been dedicated to the health and well-being of his patients while serving them in the outpatient and home health settings. He gained experience and knowledge in the treatment of post-operative conditions of extremities and spine, sports specific performance rehabilitation and recovery, neurologic conditions, deconditioning, and chronic pain. He has focused on manual therapy techniques that will maximize a patient’s potential and their healing time. These certifications and techniques include functional dry needling and Graston Technique®.
Being a former collegiate athlete and having had Tommy John surgery himself, Jeremy is dedicated to helping athletes reach their maximum potential and getting them back to game-ready form. Jeremy has volunteered his services for the past 6 years at various high school sporting events throughout the River Parishes. Through these experiences, he has treated athletes of all levels including those weekend warriors trying to maintain an active lifestyle.
After obtaining his physical therapy degree, Jeremy moved back to Louisiana to marry his wife, Cassie. They are now blessed with 2 sons, Calvin and Austin, with a third child on the way. Jeremy is looking forward to serving the people and community of Ascension parish and beyond to the best of his ability.
